The musical evolution of Michael Paynter has been a series of obsessive love affairs. At the age of 7 it was the piano, at 12 it was the guitar, and by the time he reached 15 he was crashing through a set of drums.
It's a natural progression that, at the age of 24, the Melbourne-born singer, lyricist, and multi-instrumentalist has harnessed his talents to release his debut EP Love The Fall.
Michael has travelled the globe four times in as many years, and written with the finest in his field - from Guy Chambers (Robbie Williams) and Adam Argyle (Newton Faulkner) in the UK, to Toby Gad (Beyonce, Black Eyed Peas) and David Ryan Harris (John Mayer) in the US.
Thanks to Paul Gildea Artist Management, our brekky boys Aaron & Dan are giving you the chance to win tickets to Michael Paynter's EP Launch Concert this Thursday, September 9 at Notes Live in Newtown. Be listening between 6-9am from Monday for your chance to win!
